Agree coverage that fits your institution
Formal schools can agree term or session coverage. Session quotes cover the actual dated terms. Informal institutions use yearly coverage. Paid places are reusable. Available paid places are used first. A new student needs a free paid place before enrollment; when none is free, a billing manager buys more places first, prorated for the remaining term or purchased year. Approved account credit or an agreed discount can pay for them with no card charge. No platform invoice for a place is raised after a student joins.
Departures do not create credits or refunds. Lower enrollment reduces your next renewal; prepaid session or yearly coverage stays in place. Staff can review billing errors and approved exceptions.
Eligible discounts are agreed for your plan and billing cycle and shown in your quote.
Optional custom domain
Your institution subdomain is included. A custom domain is a separate annual add-on. Ask about availability; domain setup is confirmed before purchase.
